Inspections are led by Shawn Reed, a Michigan State Certified Master Property Inspector with over 20 years in Metro Detroit real estate development and due diligence, alongside Ajene Todd, a Michigan Licensed Builder and State Licensed Asbestos Inspector on staff — a combination most inspection companies in Southeast Michigan simply don't carry in-house.
