What makes Genesee County inspections different.

Genesee County grew up around the auto industry — Flint is where General Motors itself was born, and the county's housing stock reflects that history directly: a large share of homes built during the mid-20th-century manufacturing boom, concentrated construction eras rather than the steadier, ongoing growth you'd see in Oakland or Livingston County.
